Ganja Regional Meeting

On May 2, 2026, the “Ganja Regional Meeting” was successfully held at the Ganja State Philharmonic Hall, organized by the Azerbaijan Society of Cardiology Public Union.

The main objective of the event was to enhance the knowledge and skills of physicians working in the regions in the field of cardiology, to share modern diagnostic and treatment approaches, and to support the improvement of the quality of medical services.

Physicians from various regions of the country – cardiologists, internists, and endocrinologists – participated in the meeting. Within the framework of the program, scientific presentations on актуal topics were delivered, and interactive discussions of clinical cases were conducted. Alongside the members of the Board of the Azerbaijan Society of Cardiology, Kəmalə Ağayeva (Head of the Republican Endocrinology Center) and physicians invited from the same center also contributed with presentations.

The event was met with great interest by participants and served as an effective platform for professional exchange.

The Azerbaijan Society of Cardiology plans to continue organizing such scientific and practical events in the regions in the future.
