Representative of the Azerbaijan Society of Cardiology Serves as Speaker and Moderator at an International Congress

An international scientific congress organized by the World Heart Failure Society (WHFS) was held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 23–25 October 2026.

Dedicated to contemporary approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, innovative therapeutic strategies, and current challenges in cardiology, the congress brought together renowned scientists, professors, and experts from the United States, Japan, European countries, and other leading medical centers around the world.

Dr. Ilahe Abdurahmanova, a cardiologist and member of the Heart Failure Working Group of the Azerbaijan Society of Cardiology, represented the Society at the congress. Featured in the official scientific program, she participated as both a speaker and a session moderator before an international audience.

Her participation in this prestigious scientific forum highlights the representation of Azerbaijani cardiology in international scientific collaboration and contributes to the exchange of advanced expertise and the application of modern medical knowledge in Azerbaijan.
